Based upon your score in NEET 2018, and the previous year cutoff, chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota and state quota. Chances are slim but you can try and attend all rounds of counseling in your state using both state quota st reservation.. Hope for the best..

You mean both 15% and 85%  counselling..
