I have got 2890 rank (GENERAL) in CUSAT 2019.. What is the chances to get SOE ???

First of all , 2890 is an excellent rank, congrats!
As u are general category , chances of getting SOE campus is always naive , but still you can get into cucek for the desired course and then opt for a branch transfer if needed.
But have confidence,u might even get into SOE campus directly.!As i said chances are naive for both.

hello aspirant,
see evry year cutoff changes and it depends on the quesions difficulty level, number of participants , seat matrix etc.
however every stream of engineering has different cutoff and closing rank, you have not mentioned in which stream of engineering you want to study.
