Your Rank is not so good and with this Rank You will not get any NLU,not Even CNLU PATNA,For OBC Category Student Your Rank Should be Under 5 K for CNLU,If you are from Bihar having  state Domicile This year paper was easier so Rate of acceptance or Cutoff was also higher,But don't worry You can try Next year,or You Can Get admission In some Private Law colleges if you want but i would not suggest it.For Law Only Government Colleges are Good.
