You have not mentioned which category you belong to , which is an important deciding factor for predicting the colleges. However you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection

as you secured 30,415 in the KCET  its good but according you asked you dont have a chance  of getting in  a government because the cut off rank of the KCET- government is very high compared to your rank so you might not able to get seat in government colleges

try till the last round of counselling
