I have got 30642 rank in ap eapcet in bipc stream can I get free seat in food science and technology?

As you have not mentioned the Category you belongs to, so I'm considering it as General Category and giving information based on it.
For your AP EAMCET Rank it is difficult to get Food Science and Technology based on previous year's Closing Ranks. You can try for seat through counseling or can go for Management quota seat if you won't get seat through counselling. Cut-offs varies from year to year. Cutoffs depends on factors like
