I have got 313 in Neet Ug 2019. Can I get into kpc college through gov quota ? I am from WB and general category

Sorry to say, you cannot get KPC medical college with 313 NEET score as the last year cut off for same was AIR 39391 and marks 460(UR).
Note: Merit list changes every year and the admission would be done only on that basis.
