i have got 315marks... obc category is there any chance of getting bams

With 315 marks you have less chance to get government bams seat in medical college. For taking admission in bams government colleges OBC catagory candidate required at least 370 to 430 marks. But you can get private bams colleges. This information is based on previous years cutoff and the cutoff marks change every year. It's depends upon number of students that appeared in examination, number of seats available in colleges, difficulties of question paper, etc. And this year cutoff goes very high.
