I have got 320 marks in bitsat.my jee main rank is 25064 and my jee advanced rank is 9119...what would be the best college and branch for me

At this score you can consider dual degree courses at BITS Pilani . Do check out last year cutoffs. They generally increase by 3-7 marks.

Do not try for IITs. Repeat do not try IITs. Don't take a branch that you will regret later.
Rather take Dual Bio in BITS. With this you will be able to take any branch with Dual(CS,EEE so on) if you have a CG of 8.3 approximately. It's not very difficult.
So think wisely.

Well try getting a core branch like civil or chemical in newly established IITs.

Since you have a good score in bits you can opt for it.But the fee structure is very high.And you shouldn't choose your branch based on your score in iit's and nit's it doesn't really matter which branch you are in.Analyse which subject you have the command and choose accordingly the branch which requires knowledge on that subject

If you belong to general category then your rank in JEE advanced is quite high and may be you can't get into any IIT .
So better you go for bits pilani campus if you got a seat there.
According to me at this score you may get a seat in bits pilani campus.

You will get IITs at this rank and also BITS campus...you have also chances of getting north east NITs......but from all the above options you have mentioned, going to IIT would be the best one.....as IIT tag really matters even if you can't get top one

and isn't bits better tha the lower iits like mandi ropar or bhilai etc.
according to last years last round seat allotment it is showing civil in bhu . and some good branches and iits too.is it true the. .??
you have some chances to get ee civil in lower rank IITs...
