Congratulation for such a great score in jee mains 2019.
I think it would be a sarcastic call but if you had got 323 then really its a humongous score one need to do very hardwork to get this .
Yes one can get any prestigious college of enngineering like national institute of technology with a score of 323 in jee mains with any branch he or she expect.
But still I doubt for computer science branch in top 2 nits but for rest nits theres no issue.

Congrats for getting such decent marks in JEE main and I hope u have also good ranker.
Now coming to your point that you can easily get admitted into any nit with your desired branch as u have also 77% in class 12 also .
So,I think counselling has been already and going to end in few days so you should choose your desired nit and branch .
