i request you to provide your caste to help you in better way and even if you keep under ncc a category , even your caste matters so as per reservation you get admission and as per your rank if you belongs to sc or st then you get definitely this college and if you belongs to oc or bc then even you have very good chances to get as per previous years cutoff rank , just try your luck and for more information go to below links
