I have got 324 marks & my ranking is 220777 & I'm a SC candidate & I'm from karnataka.can I get a govt. MBBS seat?

The cut-off for this year has not been released by the universities yet and it is based on the below factors-
The cut-off marks for SC category students is 133-107 to qualify NEET. And you have scored well above it.
However your rank is extremely high and you have extremely low chances of getting admission in a government medical college in Karmata.
If you consider the previous year (2018) cut-off, then the highest cut-off rank in Karnataka for a government medical college was 61562 with cut-off marks being 422 for SC category students so it is highly unlikely for you to get admission here.
I suggest you look into private medical colleges, you will be able to get admission there but the fees will be higher.
