As mentioned you have 33 marks in polytechnic exam but your question is little bit confusing and incomplete.......as you didn't mention in which for polytechnic exam you got 33 marks....
Here I am assuming that you talk about UPJEE which is conducted by joint entrance examination council ,uttar Pradesh ..
