For BAMS one must score 420+ for general category for government college. However as you belong to 3a obc category, so there might be quite a few chances for government colleges. But the probability is not sure enough as the cutoff varies every year and also statewise. But the chances for private medical colleges is quite possible enough so you may as well have a try for it.
