Dear Suhail, PWD is a horizontal reservation among your Category. It is not a vertical reservation like EWS, OBC,SC,ST. For examole, if you belong to General Category, because of your PWD Status, you will be considered under UR-PWD. Irrespective of the Category you belong to, 330 marks are too less for a MBBS seat. This year the cut offs have gone way too higher and top State NEET score is around 645. So at 330, your chances are difficult.
