I have got 33k rank overall in apeamcet and BCE catogary 969 rank last year cutoff is 1633 for veterinary free seat may I get free seat?

Well if last year cut off was around 1633 and this year you have got nearly 969 category rank then you can get a seat because even if the cut off increases, still it won't increase a lot as this and it would be certain for you to get a seat in any case.
