When we look into previous year stats, with 348 marks your rank would be around 1.8 lakh and luckily or unluckily the cut off was also around 1.8lakh last year. So we cannot say anything as you are at the borderline and more importantly the cut off varies every year.

But yeah.... You can definitely get a veterinary seat in good college.
