I have got 353 in neet 2019 with a an AIR of 180292. I belong from general category. Is there any chance for mbbs/bds government seat.

With this score chance is very less for MBBS but you can get a BDS seat, considering last year's cutoff.
Last year the closing rank for Swami Ramanand College was 543 for MBBS. So, i think you can forget MBBS.
