According to the the previous year cut off, there are 15 medical College in Tamil Nadu whose MBC category cut off for state quota was less than 353 hence you have a fair chance to get medical seat in those 15 colleges. I am adding the link below so that you check those colleges and don't miss any opportunity. You should understand that few Colleges have a cut off near to the score you got so I would say like to inform you that you may and may not get these colleges since the cut off fluctuates each year.
