Your marks in NEET are not so good so it will be hard grabing a seat in good government medical colleges.
Even if you belong to OBC category there are very less possibility that you can gera government medical College.
You can go into some good private medical colleges only but note that they will make you pay a very large amount.

With a score of 353 in obc category, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 338 was required to fetch one a seat in the government medical college, Raichur in obc category under the state quota. But, unfortunately the corresponding rank was around 1,34,000. Every year, scores and ranks vary with toughness of the exam and availability of seats.
