I have got 3544 rank in cet can I get rv or pes college's in cs

Hi Vibhav,
According to previous year's cutoff, the closing rank for CSE in RVCE Bangalore was 574 and that in PESIT Bangalore was 2387.
Since you have 3544 rank, you cannot get a seat in CS.
However, you can get branches like:-
In RV : Civil
In PES : Civil, ME
