I have got 3547 rank (general category outside Delhi). Do I have any chance to a good college at IPU for BBA?

Congratulations on that. Looking at your rank, it is difficult to get into top instuites for which 450+ marks is required. However you have an option,Maharaj Surajmal Institute. Refer the link below,
