i have got 3653 rank in CLAT 2018

Sorry to inform you but with a rank of 3653 all over India in CLAT and even with the Category of Punjab Residents you have almost no chances of securing a seat in Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Patiala or any other National Law University.
