As the competition is very tough nowadays, the cut-off varies every year due to the number of students appearing the exam, number of students appearing for counselling, toughness level of exam, etc.
So the colleges that I have mentioned is tentative but according to your marks you probably don't get any government college but you can get some private colleges in your region.
