I have got 372 marks in UPSEE Paper 1 and 1580 rank in GEN category so can I get any best engineering college in Uttar Pradesh

Hi Rishav, congratulations on a good rank. With this rank, I think you will be able to get IET Lucknow, BIET Jhansi, KNIT SULTANPUR, GALGOTIA and many more good colleges. IET LUCKNOW is best one can get from UPSEE so CSE there migh be difficult. Still if you want cse, you should apply for it. You might get it.
