I have got 373 score in GATE 2020 in Civil Engineering. which colleges should I apply or should I sit for GATE 2021? please help

Based on previous years cut offs, with a score of 373, it is tad difficult for a chance in IITs and NITs. Now this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year depending on various factors. Please use our GATE College predictor:

i have 9+ cgpa .... is it worth to do MTech from Private college?

Inspite of 9+ CGPA, if you cannot convert it into score in the entrance exam, unfortunately a NIT or IIT will be difficult. That leaves you with little choice except for Private College. If you have to join a Private College, you should check for their placement records.
