Dear Aspirant,
Sorry to say but 378 seems very low score to get government medical college for SC category candidate through All India Quota. You must atleast score 450 and above to get good government college through All India Quota and score 400 and above to get government medical college through State level quota. You can expect good semi government and private colleges with these score under state quota. As you have not mentioned your state so its quite difficult to predict your exact college.
You can use the given below link to predict your college by submitting your NEET score. https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
Hope this helps.
Thank you
Hello Aspirant,
Since you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as Karnataka according to your profile.
So on such marks and category you have very low chances of getting any government medical colleges in Karnataka under state quota but yes you can get government seat in some medical colleges according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that you can get following colleges :-
- Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Medical College, Bangalore
- Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences, Bangalore
- M.S.Ramaiah Medical College, Bangalore
And some more. You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-
https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-karnataka
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use NEET College Predictor:-

I hope this information helps you.
Good Luck!!
