i have got 38000 in keam 2019 will get admission in govt controlled self financing college

With this rank, you have less chances of getting admission in government controlled colleges because it will depend on your category also. Merit lists are prepared on the basis of total number of students, difficulty of exam, marking scheme and various other factors. You can go through the following link to check the cut offs in keam in previous years which will give a fair idea of different colleges. During counselling fill your preferences carefully.
