I have got 38,109 ranking in cet 2018 am I able to get a seat in EEE in Nitte Meenakshi college

Yes! But Before that you have to check what is the round-1 cut-off for EEE for ur category and also for general category based on that you can know whether you will get EE seat in NITTE MENAKSHI COLLEGE or not.For downloading round-1 cut-off click at the below link.

Sai Vidya institute of technology with SNQ quotaNo I am asking that even if my ranking is more than the cutoff ranking in EEE of that college if there is a seat  available will I get it

Yes! But the chances are very little.B'coz if somebody else who has better ranking than you has given  higher preference to the same college and course as you then he may get the seat and you may not get it.
