You may get any eastern nit or Pondicherry like. But good nit with it branch is difficult and being gen category. If you are category then you may get manit,nit delhi srinagar etc.

according to last year cutoffs, you may not be able to get IT at any of the NIT. Still you can get IT at Guru ghasidas vishwavidyala,mizoram university and gharwal university.
