Every year the admission in government college differ according to the cutoff and the difficulty level of the exam and also on the total number of candidates appeared in the exam.
According to your score it is very difficult to predict either you will get chance for the admission in government mbbs college or not.
If you want mbbs then you can apply in private colleges from state quota or from management quota
you can also apply in Dental colleges for BDS
