You haven't mentioned your category the minimum qualifying mark is category specific. If you belong to general, BC, EWS category then to qualify in AP EAPCET you need to score minimum 40 marks. If you belong to SC/ST category then you will qualify in AP EAPCET as there is no minimum marks required for reserved category students. But if you belong to general category then you will not qualify in AP EAPCET with 39 marks and your rank will not be determined. This year the marks scored in 10+2 are not considered. The marks scored in AP EAPCET will be considered to determine the rank of the candidate. If you belong to SC/ST category then your rank is expected to be in between 80,000-1,00,000 with the marks scored in AP EAPCET.
