I have got 3900 in CUSAT cat exams in 2019 iam in obc category and a keralite.is there any chance for getting electronics and communication.

According to the last year cutoff trends of final round you are just inside. You may get a seat at least by the end of counselling process. You have to stay updated with the official notification and be ready with all the necessary documents.
