I've already answered you question before, I'm now answering again. Hence my answer is No, Despite being 3B candidate you can't get CSE branch in any renowned Engineering colleges with this rank. Still there might be little possibilities for you in 1-2 bottom listed colleges like New Horizon College of Engineering, Bangalore, PES College of Engineering, Mandya. We can't assure your admission possibilities in this regard as previous year the cutoff for you category in CSE stream in these colleges are approaximately 38-39k. Now you should know that the cutoff marks will change every year depending upon several determining factors like number of appeared canditates, number of successful candidates, total number of available seats, highest marks of KCET'22, difficulty level of question paper etc. Now your rank in this year is also in the margin of previous year's cut-off rank, so we can't tell you precisely about your admission in CSE branch.
