If I consider previous years records, then the chances are nil for general category candidate to get admission in any of the government medical colleges. Your marks are quite low to procure seat in any government colleges, but you can try for private medical colleges.

To get admission in any college govt/private for MBBS BDS courses, you need to register for counseling first and then only you will be able to participate in the counseling rounds. Whereas, based on your NEET score, you can get a seat in private medical colleges. As you haven't mentioned your category, quota- your domicile state, so it would be difficult to predict your chances of admission in any college this way.
