Since you are of SC category and from Bihar, it is quite possible to get seat in few colleges as per last year's cutoff.
It will be tough to get seat in PMCH and NMCH but you will easily get a seat in Anugrah Narayan Medical College, Gaya and other colleges.

Though your score is not good but you do have some chances of getting a seat in the government college as you belong to the SC category. You can also get a seat in a private college. But you have chances of government college also. So do try accordingly. I cannot tell the exact college you can get as the cutoff varies every year.
