First of all congratulations for your result.

You have not mentioned your category but at 400 marks in Neet it is not possible to get admission in any government Medical College in Karnataka because the All India quota general category cut off goes usually above 500 marks(420 and above for SC,400 and above for ST).

But you can go for admission in private Medical Colleges in Karnataka.
