The cutoffs of this year have not been released yet. According to general merit cutoffs of COMEDK in year 2018, it seems difficult for you to get CSE in MSRIT. In 2018, the closing rank for CSE in MSRIT was 1131. So, I think you may get other branches like EEE, Mechanical engineering etc at MSRIT. You can also get CSE at other colleges like Dayanand Sagar College of Engineering, Kitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology etc. Please note that cutoffs vary from year to year based on factors like number of seats available, difficulty level of paper etc.
