It would have been helpful if you have given us your category to answer your question better, as admissions into colleges depend upon the categories.
The minimum marks required for a general category student to get into the government colleges in westbengal is more than 480.
The minimum marks required for a general category student to get into the private colleges on merit based is more than 430.
As your marks are not more than that, you can't be able to get into the colleges through first counselling. But you can try for the second or the third counselling to get in.
