Such an enormous rank you have secured in AP EAMCET and you're not eligible to get a seat in the government college, though you're a SC category candidate with BIPC stream. It is suggested that better you should prepare accordingly so that you can try for the next time and secure more than the minimum cutoff rank. However if you don't want to drop out and prepare for the next time, then you can look out for private colleges providing agriculture, horticulture or any other programs according to your stream.
