Hi ! No you can't get any good nit with good branch. Still you can have CSE in nit Manipur, or in nit Jharkhand, or in nit Meghalaya, if and only if there is vacancy and low cut-off. But generally you can core streams and ECE in these colleges at last round. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.
