For private colleges, 425 may suffice. Chances are more if you belong to reserved category.

You have achieved quite good marks .

You have not mentioned your category & your state also

If you belong to general  category , chances are low but yes there is probability of getting private seat because since private college fees are high ,so many people don't take it & this will increase your chances of getting seat .but it very from state to state .
