That depends on your state rank. Although the marks is low, but you can get a govt seat.

SC/ST You will get

General /OBC - Might not

Sorry to say but if you are a General/OBC Category Candidate, then it is quiet difficult for you to get. If You are a SC / ST category candidate, then YES there are chances.
