I have got 428 score in GATE 2021 with AIR 9511, marks 36.63 out of 100 in CIVIL ENGINEERING. I belongs to Gen-EWS catagory. Is there any possibility of getting top colleges for M.tech?

As of now its tough to say because the analysis and also cutoffs change every year due to many factors like total students appearing for exam,difficulty level of paper etc..considering you from gen ews category,the last year cutoff for civil engineering branch for IIT bombay the last year cutoff for civil engineering branches was 500.and all other IITs have cutoff morethan 650.so you might have tough chances in IITs.however you will have few chances to fetch seat in nits .
