The last year cutoff for the stanley medical college for the MBC ctegory was 411 with the rank 1053 and for the kilpauk medical college the last year cutoff marks were 393 with the rank 1398. So you can apply for both the college as there is a chance of the merit list getting higher than the previous but go for the counselling and you will be able to get the admission.
