i have got 43900 rank in kcet ,and belongs to sc caste,rural region and kannada medium,can i get any government engineering seet??

Hope you are doing well. I would like to inform you that you come under 2 categories. They are SCK and SCR. If you belong to SCR category then you have high chances of getting a seat in University Visveswariah College of Engineering Bangalore, except for CSE branch. Not only in UVCE, you can also try it for other colleges as well. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.
