I have got 43942 rank in comedk and I am general merit can I get electronics and instruments branch in Bangalore institute of technology

Since your rank is about 43k so according to the previous year cutoff for Electronics and Communication Engineering at BIT,Bangalore.
According to 2017 comedk counselling,closing rank for ECE in Round 3 was:47578
But every counselling results are quite different depending on : difficulty level of the paper,no of students appeared,...etc
So this year you may get what you deserve but always prepare for the worst,coz if you will get a seat in ECE branch it will be obviously the 3 or the last round.
