Well if you are looking for government Medical college in karnataka then i am really sorry to say that at your marks you wont get any government mbbs seat.
Because this year cutoff goes higher than last year
Also minimum marks are 540 + in karnataka for good government college.
You can go for the private sector with less fees structure.
Or you can try for the other Medical courses like bams , bhms, veterinary science, bds government
But still you can try for it
Participate in NEET ug counseling and try for the
Best .

You have not mentioned which category you belong to. But, even if it is general, you have chances of procuring a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 380 was required to fetch one a seat in the Raichur medical college in general category under the state quota. But, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
However you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection in your state
