Yes, you're eligible to get an admission in the government college that are affiliated to GGSIPU. Since you've managed to be in the merit list, chances are there you will be eligible to secure a seat in B.SC Nursing. Since the counselling date has been already declared by the conducting board, make sure you've all your documents as per the requirements and pay the counselling fee in online mode so as to proceed further for admission and counselling procedures.
