I have got 449marks in NEET PG I am from SC category of Maharashtra I am interested in MD dermatology,MD Radiology & MD Medicine there is any chance to get it

Firstly congratulations! you cleared the cut off of the neet pg examination.
Since you have cleared neet pg then it is a big yes that you can get courses you mentioned above for MD. Now if we talk about whether you can get the government college or not then I suggest you to enroll in counseling.
For the counseling of neet pg then you have to register on the all India counseling. As per rules and norms there is only centralised counseling for neet pg.
Since the counseling is on hault for some reasons I request you to apply in counseling and should wait for the results.
