I have got 45% in bcom so should I elligible for CAT... From OBC category??

Yes you are eligible as 45% is the cut-off for candidates from OBC category. Prepare a story to explain your low score in graduation and start preparing if you have'nt already.

yes minimum criteria for CAT is 45% for Obc you should have 45% in graduation to appear for it
